Greetings! I'm Rich, a long-time professional specializing in Microsoft cloud and hybrid technologies. As the Senior Manager of Technical Product Management at Quest Software, I wear many hats - I'm a certified Microsoft professional, an engaging speaker (hopefully), an insightful blogger (aspire to be), a dedicated podcaster (depends on my mood), and a fervent technology evangelist.

My journey in the tech industry has been both diverse and enriching, allowing me to hone a broad spectrum of skills. My passion lies in the realms of security, management, and migration, areas where I strive to make a difference.

My presentation centered around multi-tenant management solutions for Microsoft 365, a topic close to my heart.
